Summer Special Trip Procedures

Trip Procedures

Who is Eligible?
  • Customers traveling within a 25 miles radius of pick-up location ($2.90 each mile over 25 miles)
  • Who are taking a minimum of 2 trips weekly, Monday –Friday
  • Trips scheduled between the hours 8 a.m. and returning to pick-up location by 5 p.m.
  • During the months of June and July, 2010
  • Trips must be pre-scheduled

Cost and payment procedure
  • Trip rates are $99 per bus load to one destination, only  (max. 24 passengers per bus).
  • Each additional destination within 5 miles of existing trip will be $79.
  • All payments must be paid in full 24 hours in advance thru PayPal

Steps to scheduling your trip!
1. Provide a calendar with dates and times of the two trips per week that are to be contracted with ATW throughout June and July 2010.

2. Download and complete ATW Trip Request Form and Policy and Procedure Agreement
   (please fill in all blanks)

3. Fax or email completed Trip Request Form, Policy and Procedure Agreement, and Trip Calendar

4. Customer will receive confirmation by email or phone within 24 hours of request.

5. To finalize your trip visit the ATW website, http://atwtransport.blogspot.com and select the Summer Special PayPal option for only $99. You may also pay for multiple trips in advance.

6. You must submit your PayPal receipt at time of boarding!
